Hello and thank you for visiting my blog! My name is Maria and Hot Lollies is where I’ll share my obsession with everything hot and spicy! Years ago, make that decades ago, I fell in love with spicy foods and today I just can’t get enough of it. After a trip to Mexico while in college, I stumbled upon spicy Mexican candy and fell in love! I started scouring the web & bodegas (Latin grocery stores) for any spicy candy I could find. When I couldn’t find a product I liked (we’re talking 20+ years ago) I decided to make my own. I started making spicy lollipops infused with some of the hottest chile peppers and years later decided to sell them. You can find all my creations at my Online Shop along with a few other spicy goods and my new Hot Stuff  subscription boxes. I’ve learned so much over the years about growing chiles, cooking with them, and discovering their benefits that I had to find a way to share all that information with you.
