I love this time of year when the weather is brisk, the leaves start to change colors and the smell of pumpkin spices is in the air. If you’re a gardener you’re probably wrapping up your growing season and gathering your Fall Harvest. Activities like canning, corn shucking, pumpkin and apple picking are popular during this time to prepare for the Winter ahead. I wanted a spicy subscription box that reflected these Autumnal activities and celebrate Fall’s Harvest. For this month I was able to source a few products with Fall in mind and super excited to share with you. Have you seen the hints I’ve been dropping on Instagram? Can you guess what’s inside?
What’s in the box?
I try to keep most of the box contents a secret because I don’t want to spoil all the fun! The anticipation of what’s in the box is really the thrilling part and makes it all the more special. I started creating these spicy gift boxes last year before the holiday season to honor the holidays/events we hold dear. This past February I created a Hot Love box celebrating Valentine’s Day. For June it was a spicy party in a box to commence grilling season. Creating these boxes was also in response to the impact the pandemic had on my Hot Lollies business. It was an opportunity to temporarily pivot my business and help others discover spicy goods they normally wouldn’t find in stores.
Why should you get it?
Why should you get this spicy box? If you’re like me, you’re always looking for spicy foods wherever you go. The first thing you do when you go to a restaurant is look at the spicy cocktails list, followed by the spicy dishes on the menu. When you’re traveling, you search for local hot sauces or spicy products. Also, when you see a new hot, spicy product on social media, your knee-jerk reaction is to buy it and hope it meets up to its claims. Doing this can get a little expensive over time, especially if the list of products you want to try keeps growing. Your best bet may be to go to a hot sauce festival or event but how often do you get the opportunity? All of this got me thinking of all the people that feel this way and who want tried and tested spicy products that don’t suck. Hot Stuff Seasonal Spicy Boxes
I created Hot Stuff seasonal subscription boxes based on US national holidays and event but next year I’m planning to do things a little different. I’m still working through the details but will share with you as soon as I’ve finalized the 2022 lineup. Just think Chinese New Year, Caribbean vibes, etc but I’ll leave it right there! I still have the Fall Harvest box to ship and the Hot Holidays box. I’m gearing up to ship the Fall Harvest box by the end of the week so will be super busy. So if you placed your order by the October 6 cutoff date you should receive your shipment by next week. Any orders placed after the 6th will have to ship sometime next week.
